Description
The Model HS-5 Hydraulic Set Retrievable Packer is hydraulic set, double-grip, mechanical interlocking. After set, the packer keep seal all the time, the slip is double-grip, seal is reliability. Easy to operation, reliable performance, use for zonal isolation production, water plugging and water shutoff.
Features/Benefits
•Double-grip, caged slips: Eliminates the need for hydraulic hold-downs. Top and bottom cones drive slips into the casing wall and hold loads from either direction
•Holds pressure from above and below: Packing element packs-off tighter and slips grip tighter as pressure increases from either direction
•Triple seal multi-durometer elements - insure pressure integrity over a wide range of temperatures and conforms easily to casing irregularities
• Temperature Range: 70-300 Deg F (Nitrile/HNBR) 70-350 Deg F (Aflas)
•No mandrel movement during setting allows stacked packer applications
•Packing Element above the Slips
•Straight pull shear release
