Description / Application

Wellhead safety valve control system is designed for various safety valves of both oil and gas wells, which is introduced the United State’s technology and refers to API standard. This system using manual pressure pump or air operated high-pressure pump yields a stable hydraulic pressure to maintain the normal open/close of safety valves. Fusible loop melting against fire, the system pressure will be reduced automatically, while the safety valves are being closed. and emergency shut-down by hand is also stand-by. When there is a pressure drop, the pump will restart to compensate the pressure to the preset. The whole equipment features simple operation, wide range application, adjustable outlet pressure, safety and reliability, etc.

Widely used in the control of wellhead safety valves of oil or gas well, provides safety production to unattended oil-gas well and suitable for R&D department of plants and so on.

Features/Benefits 

• Provide stable outlet pressure, manual operation pump can be used to open subsurface safety valve when power shortage.

• The system possesses the function of Auto shut-down and manual shut-down of wells. Emergency shut-down by hand is available, which is cable of closing SSV, SCSSV and wing valves, and remote shut-down is also available.

• In case of fire occurred at the wellhead, fusible plug will be melt when temperature is reaching the settings, then shut down the wells.

• Automatic pressure relief and compensation. Pressure will be compensated automatically to maintain wellhead normal operation when SSV hydraulic pressure dropped down due to temperature changes or pipeline leaks, or PSV will be opened to release surplus high pressure whenever temperature changes or fault operation happened.

• In case of fire or emergency, the oil-well pump can be shut down immediately when the wellhead safety valves are closed.

• Main pipe line equipped with hydrogen sulfide detector.

• Can provide single well and multi-well control system.
